Return & Refund Policy

At Epcilon, we want you to love what you wear. Since our products are made-to-order using a trusted third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) service, certain conditions apply for returns and refunds.

Eligible Return Scenarios

You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions: Provide an unboxing video or clear photographic proof. of the item with order ID within 7 days of delivery. We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after 7 days of delivery

  1. Wrong Product Delivered
    ○ You received a product different from what you ordered.
  2. Damaged or Defective Product
    ○ Your item was delivered with physical damage or manufacturing defects.
  3. Size Mismatch Due to Printing Error
    ○ The delivered product size doesn’t match what you ordered, due to fulfillment error (not customer selection).
  4. Change of mind
    ○ Change of mind or dislike of the product should be informed within 24 hrs after delivery. Only once a return can be initiated against a product/order id

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, in the following cases:
● Return requests will not be accepted without clear proof (picture or video of the product) of a problem/dissatisfaction.
● Any item returned without tags, box.
● Incorrect size ordered by the customer (refer to our Size Guide before ordering).
● Actual product color may slightly vary due to moniter screen resolution,color grade and print variation.Slight variation in print color, alignment or style due to the print process are not considered defects.
● Products returned without prior communication and approval.
● Customized or alteration of T-shirts after delivery
● Items damaged due to improper handling or washing after delivery.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Initiate Request
    ○ Email us at epcilon05@gmail.com with the subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order ID].
  2. Verification
    ○ Provide:
    ■ Order ID
    ■ Description of issue/Reason
    ■ Clear photos (including full product shot and close-ups of the problem)
    ■ Optional: Unboxing video (for delivery damage claims)
  3. Approval & Resolution
    ○ Once approved, we :
    ■ don’t provide replacement/exchange of products.
    ■ Issue a full refund(except the 100 INR shipping charge)
  4. Refund Timeline
    ○ Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.100 INR shipping charge will deducted as delivery charge

Time Limits

All return and refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of product delivery.

Return Shipping

● If a return is approved and required, we will provide a return address (as per our POD partner).
● In most cases, return shipping is free if the mistake was on our side.
