- In case of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- We offer standard shipping across India.
- Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days, depending on your location.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 may apply.
- COD may include an additional handling fee.
4. Delivery Partners
- We work with reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.
5. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
- If you don’t receive a tracking update within 48 hours of shipping, feel free to contact our support team.
6. Delays in Shipping
- Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier partner delays, or regional restrictions.
- We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in case of any delays.
7. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will re-ship it after confirming the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply).
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
